He is survived by: his wife Janet F. Rogers; his children, Tanya Noel Kenny (Michael) and Walters Randall Rogers (Ginny); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Noel Kenny, Ryleigh Noel Kenny, Payton Lee Rogers, Brendan Michael Kenny, Zoe Alyssa Rogers and Mikella Noel Kenny; and his brothers, Donald Edward Rogers (Patricia) and Kenneth Earl Rogers (Marylou). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visiting at the E. F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P. A., 11750 Belair Road (Kingsville), on Thursday and Friday 2-5 and 7-9 pm (face masks are required to enter the building).
