She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Welch of Baltimore, MD; her parents, Aline and Leon Lestienne of Tours; her brother Jean Lestienne of LaRochelle, France; her sisters-in-law, Wilma Danie (Welch) and Virginia Stein (Welch); her nephews, Jerome Main, Pierre Lestienne and Gary Stein; and her niece Sherry Barritt.
She is survived by: her daughter Danielle Welch-Blair; her son-in-law Mark Blair of Kingsville; her siblings, Michel Lestienne of Chamalieres, France and Monique Main of Paris, France.; her nieces and nephews, Janet Barritt of Zanesville, Paula Rodrigeuz, Jay Stein and Philip Lestienne; and her friends, Halyna Paikoush of Anilda Cabrera, M. D. and Mary Clare Maclay.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
