She was predeceased by: her parents, Nola Ruth Norton (McAlpine) and William Ray Norton; her siblings, Betty, Doris, Bob, Jerry and Dale; her stepdaughter Debra Kay; and her stepson-in-law Gary Harris.
She is survived by: her husband Royal Cutlip; her children, Janice Moon (Jimmy), Kimberly Class (Robert), Jeffrey McKissack (Kathleen) and Sister Nell; her brothers, Mack and Barry; her grandchildren, Matthew (Kristen), Jeremy, Jessica (David), Ashley (Mark), Karen, Sarah, Tyler, Chandler, Delaney, Carson, Shaun and Jason; her great grandchildren, Ayla, Mason, Tucker, Patrick, Penelope, Cheyenne and Elijah; and her sister Nell.
