He was predeceased by: his grandson Elbert Carter. He is survived by: his wife Mary S. Carter; his children, Heather Mazza (Chris) and Pete Carter (Sarah); his grandchildren, Morgan Mazza and Cameron Mazza; and his siblings, Robert Coffman (Rachel), Becky Nash (late John) and Rickey Carter (Barbara). He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
