She is survived by: her husband James Edward Oswinkle; her children, Deborah Cumberland (David), David Oswinkle (Kim), Karen Seibel (Tom) and Susan Harlacher (Todd); and her brother Edward Fox (Linda). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
