He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harry Stouffer and Mary Helen Gonder Stouffer; his wife Barbara Louise Stouffer; his great grandchild Patrick; and his siblings, Gerald, Richard Stouffer, Betty Scattergood and Eleanor Crawmer (Walter).
He is survived by: his children, F. Jean Mercer (Robin) of Keymar, Susan Huss of Hanover, PA and Robert W. Stouffer Jr. (Brenda) of Hagerstown; and his grandchildren, Angie, Cory, Danny, April, Robert and Jory. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
