He is survived by: his children, Robert VanMeter Jr., Heather Dolly (Dustin), Amanda, Samantha VanMeter and Michael VanMeter (Sarah); his former wife Debra Stone; and his siblings, Gail Hedges (Dennis), Donald Van Meter (Bonnie) and Charles Van Meter (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
