Horner; his children, Richard Horner, Jr. (Jesica Mitchell), April Toms (Raymond Faulkner), Zachary Horner (Cora), Nicholas Horner and Jordan Horner; his stepsons, Dylan Colehouse and Zachary Colehouse; his grandchildren, Breanna, Josh, Cody, Aden, Aleena, Ava and Rhett; his siblings, William Horner, Susan Althoff (Paul), Patty Garber (Mike), Teresa Dowery (Jeff) and Laura Sparkman; his mother-in-law Connie Althoff; his brother-in-law Dan Althoff; and his stepbrothers, Harold and Jerry Sparkman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
