He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Filmore Garland and Dorothy Louise Frank Garland; and his brothers, Millard F. Garland Jr. and John A. Garland. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Garland; his sons, Owen Jr. Garland (Traci) and Brian Garland; his grandchildren, Claire, Fisher and Madisen; his great grandchildren, Kaesyn, Luella and Cameron; and his nephews, Millard (Dawn), Jimmy, Chris and Andy Garland.
