With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan K. Cox of Keymar, Maryland, born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on December 21, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Franklin Keefer and Mary Mehring Keefer; her brother Truman Frederick Keefer; and her son Truman Randall Cox. She is survived by: her son V. Brian (Susan) of Keymar; and her grandchildren, Emily (Brandon Goss), Matthew, Andrew, Grant (Jordan) and Natalie Norris (Aaron).
