It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Ellsworth Hagan Sr. of Keymar, Maryland, born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hagan and Margaret Hagan (Ebberts); his wife Judith Dianne "Judy" Hagan; and his siblings, Charles Hagan, Jr. and Joanne Fogle.
He is survived by: his children, Franklin Hagan, Jr. (Tammy) of Taneytown, Pam Hagan (Doug) of Taneytown and Rusty Hagan (Missy) of Thurmont; his stepchildren, Dawn Wilson (Sam) of Hanover, PA, David Renner of Taneytown, Donna Renner (Ron), Vernon Renner (Patty) of Taneytown and Jamie Gumm-Sandy of Boston, MA; his son-in-law Ricky Sandy of Frederick; and his siblings, Howard, Thomas, Henry, David Hagan and Sylvia Martin. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
