It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Raymond Clingan of Keymar, Maryland, who passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Augustus Clingan and Jennie Wolfe Clingan; his son Michael Ray Clingan; his brother Kenny Clingan; his son-in-law Ronnie Blevins; and his sister-in-law Linda Clingan.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Lynne Blevins of Taneytown and Terry Allen Clingan (Sandy) of Littlestown, PA; his grandchildren, Tanya Golden (Tim), Kelsie Plank (Tyler), Corey and Cullen Clingan; his great grandchildren, Courtney Reaver (Rob), Dani, Gabi, Brooki Golden and Brantley Plank; his brothers, Elwood Clingan (Geraldine) and Paul Clingan; and his sister-in-law Barbara Clingan.
