He was predeceased by: his parents, David J. Stultz and Catherine Hoff Stultz; his wife Clara E. Dorsey Stultz; and his sister Doris Staley. He is survived by: his daughter Debbie A. Reese (Chuck) of Union Bridge; his brother-in-law Curtis Staley; and his nephew Gary Staley (Pat) of Taneytown.
