He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Keen (Virgil) and Chuck Carbaugh III (Ann); his grandchildren, Heidi Reilly (Aaron), Emily Carbaugh and Virgil Keen; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Easton and Liam; and his brother John D. Carbaugh.
