As Richard departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Richard. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Joseph and Naomi Joseph; and his wife Miriam Silbert Joseph (Mimi). He is survived by: his children, Dr. Rebecca J. Joseph, Matthew Joseph (Rachel) and Dr. Deborah Joseph (Ian Lylen); and his grandchildren, Naomi Rose Joseph and Benjamin Samuel Joseph.
A shiva was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Family Residence (4608 Edgefield Rd, Bethesda, MD 20814).
