With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rafael Angel Bonilla of Laurel, Maryland, who passed away on April 21, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benito Bonilla and Maria Cecilia Ponce; and his siblings, Carmen Iris Ponce, Arcilia Bonilla, Rosita Bonilla, Luis Bonilla, Emilia Arroyo, Maximina Bonilla and Manuel Bonilla.
He is survived by: his wife Luz Maria; his children, Eliud Bonilla (Kathleen Kadow) and Arlene Bonilla; and his grandchildren, Alex and Ana.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Washington Spanish Bilingual Sda Church (12604 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20904).
