She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Cook and Elizabeth Cook. She is survived by: her brothers, Patrick (Daniel), Michael (Haven) and Christopher (Paige); and her nieces and nephews, Joseph, Benjamin, Emily, Katherine, Peter, Mary, Lillian and Willa.
