He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Hazel Pischke and Robert Leo Hitchcock; and his brothers, Thomas and David Hitchcock. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ramsey Hitchcock; his sons, Jim Hitchcock (Ann Hermann Hitchcock) and Steve Hitchcock (Kate Fernstrom); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Maria (Will) and Andrew; his sisters, Pam Ebert, Sherry Catlin and Pat Johnson; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Hitchcock (Billy Utesch) and Terry Wojdyla. He is also survived by many other family members and countless friends.
