She was predeceased by: her husband John DeVierno; her son Richard; her brother Henry; and her parents, Nils Nilsen and Anna Nilsen.

She is survived by: her children, John A. (Nancy) of Kensington, Alice (Nelson) of Sarasota, FL, Paul of Singapore, Arfah and Benjamin; and her granddaughter Angela (Matt) of Arlington, VA.

Contributions in lieu of flowers may be sent in her memory to St. Paul's or to Community Support Services, Gaithersburg, MD.
