He was predeceased by: his parent John Blair. He is survived by: his parent Shirley Blair; his spouse Karen Dubilier; his children, Jonathan Blair (Lana), Rachel Blair and Meredith Blair Pearlman (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Simon, Aviva, Benning and Sabine; and his siblings, Joan Blair (Robert), James Blair (Linda), Douglas Blair and Patricia Blair (Lawrence).
