Elaine W. Neidecker Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2021, at the age of 84, Elaine W. Neidecker (Kensington, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Donna (Tish Mossman), Robert (Chris) and Richard; her grandchildren, Ben, Tommy, Scott, Caitlynn, Emily, Tyler, David and Carley; her brother Dale Williams; and her sisters-in-law, Doris Williams and Beverly Williams.
However, the service is open to anyone who is comfortable attending while wearing a mask and maintaining proper social distancing.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation.
