She was predeceased by: her husband James Sassa; and her brother Joseph Jouvenal (Ellen). She is survived by: her children, Nancy Sassa (Bob), Joanie Sassa (Dave) and Paul Sassa (Allison); and her grandchildren, Sean, Matthew Finney, Katie, Caroline Grover, Brooke and Daniel Sassa.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Kensington Park Employee Appreciation Fund 3620 Littledale Road, Kensington, Md 20895.
