Downin; his daughters, Tammy Downin and Barbara Miller (Terry); and his siblings, Katherine Downin Burtner, Marie Downin, John D Downin, Jack Downin (Pat) and Thomas J Downin (Kathy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
