Moats (Keedysville, Maryland), born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on October 7, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Nelson Churchey and Ida Mae "Betty" Churchey (Smith); her brother Paul R. "PeeWee" Churchey; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Churchey (Bellomo) and Gloria Churchey (Eichelberger).
She is survived by: her husband Ronald F. Moats, Sr.; her children, Stefanie L. Coulter (Chad) of Keedysville, MD and Ronald F. Moats, Jr. of Hagerstown, MD; her grandchildren, Kiersten Lee Coulter of Keedysville, MD and Brooks Michael Coulter of Keedysville, MD; and her siblings, Theresa M Flook (Ronnie) of Hagerstown, MD, Edward "Oscar" N. Churchey (Fran) of Hagerstown, MD and Robert E. "Bobby" Churchey (Vicky) of Panama City, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
