We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2020, at the age of 82, Richard Robbins (Keedysville, Maryland), born in Point Marion, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herbert and Doris Rebecca Stevenson Robbins; and his son William K. Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. "Judy" Robbins; his children, Duane R. Robbins of Greensboro, PA and Kathy L. Summerlin (Robert) of Mt. Airy, MD; and his siblings, Marilyn Rodgers and Thomas Robbins. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
