He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elmer and Mary Virginia Violet (Crilly). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Elizabeth; his son Wayne Elmer (Jeanette Elizabeth); his granddaughter Leah Marguerite; and his sisters, Evelyn Crawford and Debra.
