He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Phillips (Via); his children, Linda Haag, Coylene Beagle (Randy) of Hagerstown, Judy Suffecool (Jim) of Waynesboro, PA, Tracy Mitchell of Hagerstown and Joyce Phillips of Keedysville; his daughter-in-law Linda Phillips of New Market; his grandchildren, Jered Haag (Krissy), Rebecca Phillips, Sarah Lloyd (Zach), Katelyn Dubyk (Todd), Zachery Hastings and Dylan Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Justin, Josh, Ty, Keilani, Bryce, Ryleigh and Kayden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
