It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Lou Anderson of Keedysville, Maryland, who passed away on September 20, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Metz and Gladys Metz (Hammond); her husband Lloyd Leroy Anderson, Sr.; and her siblings, Pearl Hoffman, Beatrice Smith, Leroy Metz, Dolly Saums, Jerry Metz, Edna Taylor and William Metz.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Young (Ray) of Keedysville, MD, William Anderson (Karen) of Baxley, GA, Barbara Brand (Karl) of Colts Neck, NJ, Lloyd Anderson, Jr. (Liyang) of Wellington, FL and Sandra Anderson of St. Petersburg, FL. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
