He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys E. Morris Osborne; his son David Henry Osborne; and his siblings, Harold Osborne, Paul Osborne and Esther Arnold.
He is survived by: his brother Fred Osborne (Josephine); and his children, William R. Osborne (Valerie) of Bel Air, Lois Combs (Jack) of Castlewood, VA and Mary Folus of Joppa.
