She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Shepherd; and her parents, Jarette B. Legg and Ida Mae Legg (Morton). She is survived by: her son Frank D. Shepherd (Barbara); her grandchild Kelly Shepherd; and her siblings, Woodrow, Claude, Robert Legg, Lecta Price, Eva Allen, Marjorie Shaffer, Vera Grant and Molly Legg. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Joppa Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company or the Humane Society of Harford County.
