Ruth Virginia Kissner Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Virginia Kissner of Joppa, Maryland, who passed away on September 5, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Abrams and Helen Abrams (Smith); her husband William August Kissner; and her brother Roland H. Abrams, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer L. Kissner and William Shawn Kissner (Michele Huffman); her son-in-law Mark Howell; her grandchildren, Dylan Howell (Dana Smilko), Devon R. Howell, Emily Kissner, Alyssa Miller and Paige Boston; and her close friend G. Fred Wimmer. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
