He was predeceased by: his brothers, James R., Francis H. and Bernard Neff. He is survived by: his parents, Francis Giles and Agnes Albertis Neff (Johnson); his wife Kathleen D. Neff; his children, Ronald, Christopher (Katherine), Todd (Sara), Brett M. Neff of California and Lucille F. Neff of Edgewood; and his sister Dorthea A. Spacek of Brooklyn Park. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
