With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Leona Madigan of Joppa, Maryland, who passed away on August 23, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Margaret Leona may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Margaret Leona touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lt. John William Madigan; and her siblings, Betty, Tom and Allen Hamilton. She is survived by: her son John Michael Madigan (Debbie); her siblings, Bob Hamilton, Judy Dickman and John Hamilton; her grandchildren, Katie Madigan, Megan German (Michael) and Corey Madigan; and her close friend Chuck Paulis. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
