He is survived by: his wife Judith Witts; his children, Ken Witts (Donna) of Parkville, Leroy Witts, Jr. (Carol) of Lewes, DE, Kevin Witts of Glendale, AZ and Lynn Mullahey (Steve) of Rehoboth, DE; his stepdaughters, Janet M. Eckhart of Timonium and Michele E. Hojnacki of Abingdon; his grandchildren, Garrett Witts and Kalyn Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan, Jonathan and Michael Stevens; and his brother George Witts. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, 2 step-great-grandchildren.
