It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Blum of Joppa, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 11, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benedict Blum and Agnes Blum (Spencer); his wife Helen Blum; his daughter Marie Blum (C. J. Capizzi); his grandchild Catena Capizzi; and his brother Benedict Blum. He was also cherished by extended family and many friends.
