With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard E. Dunn (Joppa, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 16, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dunn and Gwendolyn Dunn (Baltch). He is survived by: his former wife Charmaine Nelson; his wife Charmaine "Cheri" M. Dunn; and his brother David Martin Dunn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
