He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Augustis Miller and Margaret Miller (Czchinski); his wife Jo Anne Thomas-Miller; his sons, Edward L. Miller of Bel Air and David L. Miller of Joppa; his grandsons, Zachery Miller and Nicholas Miller; and his daughter Melinda L. Miller. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and friends.
