He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley A. Dema; and his parents, Peter Joseph and Helen Dema (Posko). He is survived by: his children, Edward A. Dema, Jr. (Susan) and Betty D. Bierman (Von); and his grandchildren, Edward Anthony Dema III, Krysten Dema, McKenzie Bierman, Joey Bierman and Alli Bierman.
