He is survived by: his wife Susan Shea Smith; his grandchildren, Hunter Timothy Smith, Hailey Smith and Katelyn Rebecca Smith; his great grandchildren, Kaleigha Jewell Scott and Emersyn Rae Smith; his sister Debbie Bush; and his brother-in-law Patrick Kevin Shea (Robert Charles Meyer).
