She was predeceased by: her parents, J. P. Mitchell and Dorothy Mitchell (Peterson); and her siblings, James Mitchell, Eleanor Menefee, Ida Blosser and Elizabeth Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Romeo (Nicholas), Betty Shaw (Jimmy), Norma "Tinker" Hirsch, Toni Schneider (John), Thomas R. Jones (Rhonda), Jerome Jones (Karen) and James Jones; her nieces, Dotty Miller and Bonnie Verburg; and her sister Eliz. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
