He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martha Pace and Ball; his wife Betty Pace (Howell); his son Jonathan B. Pace; his grandchildren, Heather A. Pace, Noah D. Pace and Nathan D. Pace; his friend Madeline Blackburn; his son Philip Randal Pace; his sister H. Louise Wampler; and his daughters-in-law, Sandy Pace and Mary Pace.
