With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene Watchinsky of Joppa, Maryland, who passed away on April 28, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Fogle and Barbara Fogle (Chaney); her husband Thomas Lee Watchinsky, Sr.; her sons, Thomas Lee Watchinsky, Jr. (Beverly) and Gregory Lee Watchinsky; her grandchildren, Amelia Watchinsky and Adam Watchinsky; and her sister Peggy Birner (Joseph).
