He was predeceased by: his spouse Margaret McGibney (Heaps); and his siblings, Melrose Margaret Scarborough, Emily Blackburn and Philip Forwood McGibney, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Philip McGibney and Emily McGibney (Holloway); his children, Timothy W. McGibney of Timonium and Melissa S. Parkinson (Albert) of Joppa; his grandchildren, Aaron T. McGibney, Myles S. Parkinson, Kelly L. Carbonell and Kyla E. R. Parkinson; and his great grandchildren, Amelia Carbonell, Natalia Carbonell and Katelyn McGibney.
