She is survived by: her children, Sheri Vollmerhausen (John), Diane Lewis (Brian Wilhelm) and Tracey Artuso; her son-in-law Curtis Lewis; her brothers, Eugene Boritz and Kenneth Boritz; her grandchildren, Shawn, Amber, Joshua, Cheyenne, Tony and Willow; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Harmoni, Riley, Hayden, Damien, Zachary and Antonio.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Thelma's name to the American Cancer Society or the Alberta Gary Memorial United Methodist Church.
