He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patricia Louise Truman and Orbie Oliver Altizer Sr.; his siblings, Sue and Allen; his children, Jeannine Remines (Charles) and Orbie Altizer; his wife Sidney; his grandchildren, Katie, Alice, Charlie and Chase; and his sisters, Linda, Glenda and Brenda.

In lieu of flowers we ask that you hold your loved ones close, tell them you love them, and take the trip that you've been putting off; tomorrow is not promised.
