He is survived by: his parent Anna Clark; his wife Deborah Smith Clark; his children, Carol Heath (Danny) of Curtis Bay, Tammy Clark, James Smith of Pasedena, Shannon Clark and James Clark, Jr. (Lesley) of Airport Road; his grandchildren, Haley Clark of James Clark, III, Anthony Clark, Justin Clark, Joshua Dorr, Daniel Heath, Tiffany Smith, Alexis Smith and Mason Gauge; his great grandchild Alyssa Dorr; his siblings, William Clark of Jessup, Kenneth Clark of Conway, Ronald Clark of Princeton, WV and Brenda Colburn of Conway; and also, Violet Rayman and Kenneth Rayman.
