He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Ruth Adams; his children, Cecil R. Adams, Jr. of Crownsville, MD, Carl Adams of Pasadena, MD, Keith Adams of Capon Bridge, WV and Marline A Sullivan of Bridgeville, DE; and his sister Lorraine Hensley of Harrisonburg, VA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
