We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2020, at the age of 84, Barbara Ann Novelli of Jessup, Maryland, born in Arlington, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Wilkins and Hans Waldo; and her sister Bonnie Hall. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Halstead of New Market, Maryland, Gary Halstead (Betty) of Crofton, MD, Steven Halstead (Kathy) of New Market and Traci Novelli of Jessup; her grandchildren, Crystal Halstead, Jennifer Rager, Jamie Burroughs, Steven Halstead, Jessica O'Connor, Kelly Transue and Katie Halstead; and her stepgrandchildren, Jamie Lyon and Tim Sheffer. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
