He is survived by: his spouse Wanda Critchley; his parent Virginia Rotunda (Smith); his child Dennis Burkhart; his wife Jane; and also, Pamela Partsch (Thomas) and Todd Burkhart (Cindy). He is also survived by grandsons, survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
