She was predeceased by: her parents, William Denny and Lenora Denny (Campbell). She is survived by: her husband Russell Lee Harkins; her daughters, Kimberly Dawn Harkins and Wendy Harkins Campbell (John); her granddaughter Abbey Ryan Campbell; and her siblings, Billy Dean Denny (Edie), Randy Denny and Elaine Nowinsky.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 1114 Baldwin Mill Rd, Jarrettsville, MD 21084. A memorial service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Willa Jean Harkins' name to Norrisville United Methodist Church or the Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company.
